SHIPPING POLICY

Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm EST.
Sweets free of preservatives and fillers begins should be refrigerated and
stored properly to ensure a greater shelf life. Brownies are good for two
weeks refrigerated and nine months frozen. Granola can be refrigerated up
to one month, do not freeze. Fresh Scones should be eaten immediately
and good up to three days after opening. Dry mixes good for one year.
Please review the following in regards to our shipping policy.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR REFUND ANY DAMAGED PACKAGES
THAT DO NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE OR WERE DELAYED IN DELIVERY
DUE TO THE RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME OR AT THE SHIPPING
ADDRESS FOR THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
Your shipping charge may be increased due to weight and destination.
Some very rural areas have limited shipping options.
We do not provide Saturday delivery and do not ship over the weekend. All
2nd Day orders placed on Wednesday after 12:00 p.m. EST, Thursday,
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday for
Wednesday delivery. All Next Day Air orders placed after 12:00pm on
Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday.
Orders will be automatically upgraded to next day air if they are being sent to
any destination above 80 degrees.
A flat $5.00 surcharge will be placed on all orders during the summer
months for insulation and ice-packs.
Orders are processed and shipped within 36 - 48 hours depending on size
of order. Orders placed on Monday will ship on Wednesday and so forth.
Ground Shipping: If you would like to purchase this item and your entire
order does not contain any chocolate items (stuff that might melt) type
"ground" in the comments section and we will only charge you $10.00 for
ground shipping ($20.00 for Alaska and Hawaii). Additional charges may
apply if your entire order exceeds 2 lbs.
